We will handle all the legal aspects of your property purchase for you, including:

Review of the Contract and advice on steps to take before signing a contract.
Explain the Contract of Sale and Section 32 Vendors Statement in detail.
Obtaining instructions from the purchaser.
Liaising with government departments, real estate agents, your bank and the seller’s representatives.
Ensure special conditions are met by their allocated due dates as per the Contract of Sale.
Liaising with your lender to ensure finance is available at settlement.
Conducting all necessary property searches with government authorities and agencies to confirm vendor meets all their obligations and check for any outstanding payments on the property at settlement.
Calculation of any adjustments for rates and taxes to the purchase price required at settlement and send it for approval to Vendor’s representative
Preparation and lodgement of all the transfer documents with relevant authorities to have the title transferred into your name.
Organising and attending to settlement on your behalf.
After settlement, informing all the concerned authorities of the change in ownership of the property.
Storage of your file for 7 years in a secure storage facility off site.

Most importantly, we will stay in contact with you at every stage of conveyancing and keep you informed of all the updates with regard to the transaction of the property.
